If you haven’t experienced a tailgate yet, you HAVE to come out! Don’t worry it’ll be Planet Longhorn’s first tailgate too! Tailgating is the world’s greatest traditions, it is a scientific fact*. The area around the university turns into a massive crowd of burnt orange, beers, barbecue, and probably many other awesome words that start with B. Brotherhood? Bears? …Hopefully not bears.

*This is not actually a scientific fact but if it was it would be the coolest fact ever

We’ll be at the corner of MLK and Red River. We’ll start around 2 and go until just before the game starts at 7, so feel free to check out some other tailgates before making your way over to ours!

Here is a helpful list of facts to answer any questions you might have…

1) We’ll have some food, suggested donation $2 but no worries if you haven’t got it!
2) We’ll have empty coolers and ice, so bring something to drink if you want to do so! Drinks cannot be taken into the game, so make sure you have time to finish them all! (If you have trouble, I have several techniques to show you that can make your drinks disappear very quickly so don’t worry… mwahaha)
3) Texas Tech is a lame school in a boring town that is just angry they don’t go to UT and are too far away to hang out with us.
4) Even if you can’t go to the game, come hang out at the tailgate! It’s the best excuse ever to hang around and party with friends during the day!
5) After the tailgate people who don’t have tickets will be going to the Game room in the Block at 25th and Pearl (Where Vanda’s birthday was) to watch the game!
6) We’ll teach you all the songs people scream at the games, in case you don’t already know them!

Call James (972) 697-6965 or Tim (he’s nice, too) (512) 297-5224 if you have trouble finding it!

Come early, Be loud, Stay late, Wear orange! TEXAS! FIGHT!

Hello. We are UT fans as well and have some ???s we hope you can answer. Is this for students only at MLK and Red River? Also, we have a small travel trailor (16 feet), we would like to park somewhere and possibly tailgate in the future. Is there a location somewhere that allows this? Thanks for any info. GO Horns!
